We are currently looking for a Lead Structural Engineer and a Project Engineer to join our team.
Project Engineer
We are looking for the following criteria:
- BS Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited Institution, or working towards one.
- Structural Design experience with project management experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English
- Relevant design experience using AutoCAD software and a working knowledge of various structural design software tools is a plus.
- Experience in the design of structures built in reinforced concrete, structural steel, wood, masonry and precast concrete is a plus.
- Be responsible for evaluating compliance with jurisdictional requirements and local building codes
- Excellent communication skills, able to meet/coordinate with clients and other engineers.
- Self-motivated, reliable and responsible
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to pass a drug test and background check
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering documents, including geotechnical reports and building codes is a plus.
- Must be computer literate, including MS office and similar
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be willing to work in the Loveland area
Summary of Duties:
- Site Observations and Evaluations of existing structures
- Project meetings with clients to determine scope of work
- Select appropriate structural material based on engineering analysis
- Provide Client support during all aspects of construction
Lead Structural Engineer

- 10 years (minimum) of Structural Design experience with project management experience
- Colorado PE License
- Fluent in English
- At least 8 years of relevant design experience using AutoCAD software and a working knowledge of various structural design software tools
- Experience in the design of structures built in reinforced concrete, structural steel, wood, masonry and precast concrete
- Be responsible for evaluating compliance with jurisdictional requirements and local building codes
- Excellent communication skills, able to meet/coordinate with clients and Project Engineers
- Self-motivated, reliable and responsible

- Select appropriate structural material based on engineering analysis
- Participate in and conduct initial and ongoing design reviews
- Provided support during all aspects of construction
- Seal design documents and inspection reports
- Manage billing and file documents
